How does shipping work?

All items are carefully packaged and mailed via UPS and USPS. Orders are normally filled and shipped no later than 3 days after purchase. Local pickup for buyers in Moscow, ID, and surrounding areas is available by choosing the “local pickup” option at checkout. An email will be sent to set up a time and give you the address.

Returns

I do not accept returns. All items are sold “as is”, and are final. I do my best to disclose any product imperfections in my listings, so be sure to read the descriptions carefully before purchasing. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me with questions at hello@tcestatesalesandvintage.com. Additionally, you can contact me at that email address before purchasing for more information on a specific item. Please include that item’s specific URL link in the email.

Damages + Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you believe you’ve received the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping + Processing Times

Current processing times are 3-5 business days for all shop items. Books + Beans Boxes may take up to 2 weeks as specific and curated sourcing is required.

Packaging

Orders may occasionally be packaged in repurposed shipping supplies in order to protect your order from damage in transit to you. You may receive a box that has alternative logos or advertising on the outside other than my shop. This is in an effort to help lower costs to you and aid in the environmental impact of packaging and materials.

Local Pickup

Free, local pickup is available in the Potlatch and Moscow area. This option is presented at checkout where you’ll also be asked to choose a date, time, and one of two locations to pick up.

USA Shipping

All domestic shipping orders are sent within 3-5 business days (with the exception of Books + Beans Boxes). Orders under 2 pounds have a flat shipping rate of $7, two or more pounds have a flat shipping rate of $10. All orders are sent USPS Ground with tracking. If you would like to have your purchase sent to you Priority, Express, or Overnight, please contact me for rates. Unfortunately, I do not ship to Hawaii at this time.

International Shipping

Currently, I do not offer international shipping.
